Strategic partnership gives Zotec Partners significant geographic presence

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – September 13, 2007 – Zotec Partners LLC is announcing today that it has merged with EmPhysis Medical Management, a leader in physician practice management for radiology, anesthesiology and pathology with corporate headquarters in Rockwall, TX and satellite offices in OK and CO. This is the third major announcement in the past five months for Zotec Partners; a solutions firm providing state-of-the art proprietary medical billing services and licensed software to hospital-based physician specialty practices across the U.S. Financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
