Product Support Analyst
Zotec Partners, a leading national medical billing company is seeking a Product Support Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters located in Carmel, IN.
As the Product Support Analyst, you would be the front line support for clients and internal users regarding our EBC Suite software application.
Job responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer and user application issues
• Working directly with clients via phone and email
• Documenting issues and resolutions
• Updating software versions for clients
• Participating in On Call/afterhours schedule
Candidate must possess:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Able to handle critical issues in a timely fashion
• Computer and Technology savvy
• Knowledge of SQL and VB preferred
• Ability to learn a proprietary medical management software
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or similar field
• 1-3 yrs in an environment dealing with software applications
